1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (about 1 1/2 cups)

1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. garlic powder
-
1/2 tsp. black pepper

4 small scallions, thinly sliced (about 1/2 cup), plus more for garnish

3/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (from 8 slices), divided

1/4 cup smoked almonds or pecans, coarsely chopped

Crackers, chips, and assorted vegetables
Directions

Prepare oven and baking dish:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine cheeses and mayo:
Stir together cream cheese, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.

Add scallions and bacon:
Fold scallions and 1/2 cup of the bacon into cream cheese mixture in bowl.

Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish, and spread in an even layer. Top with remaining 1/4 cup bacon.

Bake:
Bake in preheated oven until bubbling around edges, 12 to 15 minutes.

Add toppings:
Sprinkle with smoked almonds, and garnish with additional scallions. Serve with crackers, chips, or assorted vegetables.
