(And the bourbon, which blends so nicely with the peach flavors, doesn’t hurt either.) For those with the time, try brewing the tea slowly in the sun, or speed things up with our go-to hot water method. If you opt for sun brewing, make sure to use a glass container, as glass helps to refract the sunlight, which heats the water and in turn brews the tea. Ingredients 8 single-serving black tea bags 6 single-serving peach herbal tea bags 2-3 cups (16-24 oz.) bourbon 1 1/2 cups simple syrup Ice Lemon or lime wheels (optional), for serving Directions Place 12 cups water, black tea bags, and peach herbal tea bags in a 1-gallon (128-oz.) container or drink dispenser.
