Josh Miller is a writer, editor, recipe developer, and food stylist who has been writing about Southern food and working in the publishing industry for the past 20 years. His work has appeared in Southern Living, Food & Wine, Cooking Light, Taste of the South, and Southern Cast Iron magazines.

Josh Miller is a writer, editor, recipe developer, and food stylist who specializes in Southern food. He has worked for a variety of publications, including Food & Wine, where he produced the reader-favorite Handbook section, and Cooking Light, where he produced the popular Dinner Tonight section—both of which focused on easy, achievable weeknight recipes.

As Editor-in-Chief of Taste of the South and Founding Editor of Southern Cast Iron magazines, Josh focused on celebrating the history and tradition of Southern cooking. During his tenure at these magazines, Josh edited two books—Southern Biscuits and Quick Breads and Southern Classics Five Ways.

Josh has attended countless culinary symposiums, food festivals, and cooking seminars, including classes and events hosted by the Southern Foodways Alliance, the Ritz-Escoffier Culinary School, and the Charleston Wine and Food Festival, among many others.
