Mix up a batch of this retro rum punch for a party, and keep it pouring for all your guests. This batch cocktail is easy to make ahead. Just add the ginger ale to the pitcher right before serving so it stays bubbly and fresh.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark spiced rum

  • 1 cup white rum

  • 2 cups pineapple juice

  • 2 cups cranberry juice

  • 2 (12-oz.) bottles ginger beer or ale

  • Ice

  • Garnishes: frozen cranberries and sliced pineapple

Directions

  1. Stir together spiced rum, white rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and beer in a punch bowl. Add ice, and garnish, if desired. Serve liberally.
